Love this thing. I can't take headache medicine due to medical conditions with the stomach and liver so I am having to rely on external methods of pain control. I personally lay it in my forehead instead of putting it over my head. When I have a migraine I don't want any pressure on my head and face. When I put this over my face it is too tight/uncomfortable. Otherwise like the product.

The product didn’t have a name on it as shown in all of the adds and pictures which made me think it was a knock off when sent to me, it also stated in an advertisement that you can microwave it and when I put it in the microwave it burnt and ruined part of the fabric. Overall the product is nice and still usable but sort of ruined after trying to heat it up for a warm use.
